A real gem!! The autographs of Barry Sheene, John Williams, Mick Grant, Phil Read, Stan Woods and Steve Baker are matted with the 1976 John Player Race of the Year programme from Mallory Park. Also included is the page from the race that they all took part in, namely the Motor Cycle News Superbike Championship for bikes over 501cc and not over 1000cc.

This was the year that Barry Sheene clinched his first 500cc World Championship.

John Williams TT career spanned 11 years between 1968 and 1978 winning a total of 4 races.

Mick Grant won two Seniors TT races, two Classics and one TT Formula 1 before notching up his final win - the 1985 Production 750cc race.

Phil Read was World Champion 8 times and also won the TT 8 times.

Stan Woods was the winner of the IOM TT Production race in 1972.

Steve Baker from the USA was a regular competitor on the British circuits, competing in many Transatlantic Trophy Races.
